Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year! Our classes are full for this year and we do have a wait list! We are so excited to welcome new and returning families to another amazing year at The Cooperative Preschool of Bay Village!
Complete the online registration form below to add your child to the wait list for the 2022-2023 school year. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE. Wait list registrations do not need to pay the fee. If a student is moved off the wait list, the $75 fee will be due at that time, but you’ll be notified by our administrator. Please contact us if you have any questions!! Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, once the form and fee are received*.
The registration fee is $75.00, which can be paid either by PayPal (below) or by check (made payable to The Cooperative Preschool of Bay Village) mailed to: PO Box 40281 Bay Village, OH 44140.
*Please note that your registration will not be secured until we receive your deposit.
Our Administrator will contact you after you submit your registration to confirm your placement in our program. If a class is full, the registration fee will be returned to you, and your child will be placed on our waitlist.

- 4s Preschool Program + Lunch Bunch (3 days+): $2169.00/year ($241.00/month)
- 4s Preschool Program + Enrichment day (4 days) : $2232.00/year ($248.00/month)
- 4s Preschool Program + Lunch Bunch + Enrichment Day: $2511.00/year ($279.00/month)
*Please note that according to the Bylaws of The Cooperative Preschool of Bay Village, all students must be fully immunized for all the following diseases: Chicken pox, Hemophilus influenza type b, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Measles/Mumps/Rubella, Pneumococcal disease, Poliomyelitis, Rotavirus, and Pertussis/Tetanus/Diphtheria according to the immunization schedules promulgated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and the Ohio Department of Health (“ODH”). The seasonal Influenza vaccine is not required but highly recommended. Partially immunized children are not physically ready for admission. Parents must submit up-to-date documentation of their child’s immunization record, signed by a physician, prior to the first day of school.
